Social Cognition Lab:
As an undergraduate at UC San Diego, I volunteered in Piotr Winkielman’s Social Cognition Lab working on research concerning social interoception and loneliness. Under graduate researcher Andrew Arnold, I supported behavioral and survey research including a PsychoPy based Social Stroop task and Qualtrics questionnaires.
Beyond guiding participant sessions, I also maintained experimental stations, logged study data, assigned compensation, helped address technical issues and coordinated with the team on procedural updates.
Questionnaire data was related to a meta analysis of intrapersonal measures and loneliness (see study 3). Figures from that analysis are shown below.
